1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and boil for 5 minutes (pasta should still have a bite to it). Drainand set aside.2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté forabout 2 minutes, until fragrant. Add ground beef, salt, and spices. Stirring occasionally, brown beef until nearlycooked through. Reduce heat to low, then stir in pasta and milk. Cover and allow to lightly simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through. (Avoid boiling because the milk will curdle).
3. Fold in shredded cheese, stirring until cheese is completely melted. Garnish with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!
