•Combine the Orange Juice & Lemon juice. Place Salmon in a zip top plastic bag and pour mixed juices over the salmon. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Can be marinated up to 4 hours.•Soak Wood Planks in water for at least 1 hour.
•While Salmon is marinating and planks are soaking mix up seasoning by combining the seasoning mix: Brown Sugar, Chili Powder, Lemon Zest, Orange Zest, Cumin, & Salt.
•To Cook: Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees. Remove plank from water and cook on a covered grill for 3—5 minutes. Remove from grill.
•Remove Salmon Fillets from juice, season/rub the fillets with the Seasoning Mixture. Place salmon, skin side down, on the hot/charred side of the plank.
•Place salmon on plank back on the hot grill and cook until desired doneness.
•To serve, remove Salmon from plank. Garnish with fresh citrus.
