•Place Brown Sugar, Butter, Water ,Rum Extract, Allspice, vinegar, & pepper in a small saucepan. Heat over medium- heat and mix to combine. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes until it has a glaze consistency. Season to taste with Kosher Salt. Set aside to cool at room temperature.•Skewer the Shrimp on the Sugarcane Swizzle sticks.
•Prepare a gas or charcoal grill.
•Place the skewered shrimp on the grill and cook 2-4 minutes per side until shrimp is cooked through. Baste shrimp with glaze and remove from grill.
•Serve as an appetizer or as an entrée with remaining glaze on the side.
