1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.2. Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Place salmon skin side down in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
3. Combine honey, mustard, butter, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Brush mustard mixture over top of salmon.
4. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, pecans and parsley. Sprinkle pecan mixture over top of salmon.
5. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes depending on thickness of salmon.*
