•Prepare a hot gas or charcoal grill. Lighting only on one side of the grill.(indirect cooking)•Place ribs on large pieces of aluminum foil, supported by a heavy rimmed baking sheet. Form a boat with the foil around the rib. Pour ½ C. of Pineapple juice over each rib. Season each rib with Salt & Pepper. Fold up foil around the rib to seal and form packets.
•Place Rib packets on the grill for 1 hour on the side of the grill that is not lite (indirect cooking) with lid closed. While ribs are cooking combine the glaze ingredients and set aside.
•After 1 hour remove ribs from the foil and baste them with the glaze. Return the Ribs to the grill on the side with the coals (direct cooking) and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
