•Prepare a hot charcoal or gas grill.
•Place Sliced Tomatoes, Red Onion, 3 T. Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning, & Crushed Red Pepper in a medium size mixing bowl and toss together. Set Aside.
•Brush inside cut portion of Split Romaine with the 2 T. of Olive Oil.
•Place the Cut Romaine, cut side portion down, on the hot grill and quickly sear until grill marls are visible. Remove from the grill and place on a serving platter.
•With grilled side of Romaine facing up, top each portion of grilled Romaine with the Seasoned Tomato Mixture, Crumbled Feta Cheese, and Dressing (dividing the total amount between the 4 portions).
•Season each portion of Romaine with Kosher Salt and Pepper followed by fresh chopped Parsley and lemon juice.
