1. Make Topping by mixing cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, & green chilies in a food processor. Pulse to mix. 2. Cut chicken tenders in half horizontally (lengthwise) and place each half on the bottom portion of each bun, interior side up. 3. Place 1 ½-2T. of cheese topping on the top of each cut chicken tender portion. 4. Place top portion of roll on top of each sandwich to assemble. 5. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil. Sandwiches can be chilled for later service or heated for service. Great to make ahead and grill at the ball park) 6. To cook, and cook place the wrapped sandwiches on a hot grill or a 350 degree oven until the cheese has melted and chicken is hot. Keep the sandwiches in the foil for guest to grab as they want. 7. Unwrap and enjoy!
