1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until you get a consistent sticky dough. Pour dough into prepared pan.

3. Bake in oven at 350ºF for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.


Beer bread is so easy and fun to make! And the beauty of it is that you can use just about any variety of beer you want to. We used Shiner Black Lager this time around. So our bread is a darker color and has taken on some of the roasted flavors of the beer. But you can just as easily make a lighter colored bread using your favorite light beer.

*Tip: Leave the sealed beer out over night so that it’s room temperature when you’re ready to use it.
