Tom is a 27 year veteran of the grocery industry who has served Albertsons his entire career. He began as a grocery clerk in 1980 at an Albertsons store in St. Petersburg, Florida. Tom worked his way up through varying jobs of increasing responsibility including Grocery Manager, Store Director and District Manager. Tom served as a District Manager for 11 years in Tennessee, North Florida and South Florida before becoming Vice President of Operations in 2006. Tom and his wife Michelle live in Palm Beach, Florida and have four children.
