William began his career at Albertson’s, Inc., as a Store Director, successfully progressing through numerous field operating roles, including District Sales Manager in the Florida and the Texas markets. He also held several leadership positions, including Regional President of the division consisting of store operations of six states in the South/Southeast and Division President for North Texas. He left the organization in 2001 for a role at Rite Aid Pharmacy, where he had responsibility for all operations within the Michigan and Northern Ohio markets.
