Bob brings over 32 years of food retail experience to the leadership team at Albertson's LLC’s Southwest Division. He began his career as a courtesy clerk at Albertson's in Colorado Springs, and during his career, has served in seven different operating divisions in various management positions, including store director, district manager, division manager, and division vice president.

Colgrove most recently served as President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Division of Albertson's. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of the Intermountain West division. During the scope of his assignment, the Intermountain West division was formed from four separate Albertson's divisions, and Colgrove successfully led the integration efforts, which created a division comprised of 13 states and over 35,000 associates.
